The Risk Management process underpins the Health and Safety Legislative framework in all jurisdictions across Australia and is an essential component of a planned and systematic approach. Without these elements in place employers cannot demonstrate safety compliance or effectively prevent workplace incidents, injuries or ill-health.

ASI Safety has worked actively with clients to undertake a full range of risk management activities including the:

  • Safety Risk Profiling
  • Business planning in health and safety
  • Development of corporate procedures
  • Facilitation of risk assessment by conducting one and one mentoring, workshops and planning sessions,
  • Undertaking specific risk assessments including confined spaces, plant & equipment, manual handling or traffic management,
  • Development and/or review of Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
